Location monitoring helped recover a stolen cage
The situation: A monitored cage trap disappeared from its deployment location during a field program.
What WildTrkr provided: The monitoring device continued reporting its location after the cage had been moved, giving the field team visibility of where the equipment had gone.
The result: The location information allowed the cage to be traced and recovered rather than written off as lost equipment.
